David Milner joined Crosta Mollica as CEO in 2024.

He has a stellar reputation in taking the reins of challenger brands and making them valuable mainstream businesses. His roster includes leading Tyrrells from a brand valued at £30m through two sales, the first worth £100m and the second for £300m – all within seven years.

He followed this with delivering exceptional value to premium pet food brand, Lily’s Kitchen, with a sale to Nestle Purina. Then came St Pierre Groupe, the bakery business, which he steered to a sale in 2022 to Grupo Bimbo, the largest global bakery business, for a reputed £300m
